At Beautifulcanvaspaintings, your satisfaction is our top priority. We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
Timeframe
You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date (as shown on your receipt). Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.
For Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges
The product must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original condition. All items in a set or multi-item pack must be returned together. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs on online orders.

If your return or exchange is related to a defect or quality concern, Beautifulcanvaspaintings will cover the return shipping fees and waive any restocking charges.
